Is it possible that if you had a diagram on how to proceed? I can not afford a repair manual, and my brother needs is a diagram on how to fix this.
Fix what? My eldest son, a car, the engine and body, stereo, computer, an electronics whiz, has found many diagrams on the web for fixing all sorts of things. Search for it.
